RESIDENTIAL
ESTABLISHED DOES NOT MEAN FINISHED.
Older suburbs continue to change through additions, subdivisions, new services and infill construction. Existing walls and drawings do not always agree.
AREA 01A / LOCAL WORKING TERRITORY
This is the town at the centre of the Mini Civils story and the practical base for work across the West Rand. Familiarity helps, but every site still has to prove its own levels, control and constraints.
Knowing the roads saves time. Knowing the ground still requires measurement.
WHY THIS AREA
Krugersdorp projects range from home additions and residential estates to industrial yards, warehouses, roads and municipal infrastructure. Existing buildings, old mining land and later suburban growth often meet within a short drive.
The useful advantage of a local base is repeat access: control can be established, construction stages can be revisited and questions can be resolved without pretending proximity replaces preparation.
LOCAL GROUND // KRUGERSDORP
Krugersdorp carries mining history, established suburbs, industrial ground and newer western development in the same municipal centre.
Local context, not a list of claimed projects.RESIDENTIAL
Older suburbs continue to change through additions, subdivisions, new services and infill construction. Existing walls and drawings do not always agree.
INDUSTRIAL
Industrial buildings, yards and access routes make platforms, grids, drainage and as-built information practical production tools.
MINING LEGACY
Historic mining shaped land ownership, infrastructure and geotechnical constraints across the West Rand. A clean plan view can hide a complicated site history.
THREE CORE ACTIVITIES
TYPICAL REQUESTS
HOME GROUND // SINCE 1992
The business has worked from the West Rand since 1992. That history does not guarantee a result; it creates an obligation to keep the local work as carefully checked as any distant project.
Detailed field stories are being prepared for , the forthcoming Mini Civils project portfolio.
ANOTHER ONE OF MY DAD'S SAYINGS
“DON'T BE GREEDY. LET THE SUN SHINE ON EVERYONE.”
We take on work when the scope, programme and travel make sense. If someone in our network is closer, has more suitable equipment or specialises in exactly what the project needs, we will say so and help point the client in the right direction.
The right person. The right equipment. The right job. Zero BS.
SEND THE LOCATION. SEND THE QUESTION.
Include the site location, what is being built or checked, the approximate site size, available drawings and the required timeframe.
